What days do you deliver?

We deliver 5 days a week.  We do not deliver on  Weekends or Holidays

Is there a charge for delivery?

Delivery is free of charge for orders over $200 within our zip code ranges for each store.

Delivery charge for orders below $200 and within our delivery range is only $10.00.

What is the cutoff time for deliveries?

Orders placed before 12:00 noon should be delivered the same day.

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

Delivery orders placed after 12:00 noon should be delivered the following delivery day.   

Will I be notified when my order is being delivered?

Yes.  We will keep you notified.  You will receive email confirmation when the order is placed,  when you order is shipping and after it has been delivered via your email address provided.  

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement.  A delivery charge of $10 will be added to orders under $200.

How do I order?

Orders are placed on our website at PetsEtcOnline.com. Please verify you are shopping at the right store for your area. Select Delivery during checkout.

Do my online orders qualify for Frequent Buyer Awards?

Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn awards on your account.  Awards cannot be used online and must be used in the store.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in-person at the store they are pick up from.. 

Do you deliver Frozen Food?

Yes, but you will need to be home to accept delivery.  Frozen items are not delivered in coolers or special packaging.
